Hi was on the 500 package for about 2 years with not a single issue. I recently upgraded to the 900 package and have has nothing but issues. Connection drops all the time and now my connection speed is at about 5Mbps.
I've contact CS twice and haven't really received a resolution to my issue. Any chance someone can pick this up for me and see it through?
Just to keep this thread updated, and in an effort to not waste PN community resources, I now have an engineer visit booked. I'll update if/when the issue is resolved.
