Away - can you tell if my connection is ok ?

My remote connection has dropped
we has a squirrel chew through the cable last year - trying to find out if the same is happening

Hey @SunnyBank,

I have had a look at the account and ran a test on the line it has not found any faults on the line. The only thing my test is picking up is that there is no power going to the ONT. Taking a look at when the router was last online was the 31 Oct
