Full fibre installed 15 May but never worked!

After 26 days I still have no internet! It was installed 15 May but never worked - I’ve had 8 engineers not to mention 3 that never showed up - 18 text messages and numerous emails - I’m at my wits end and want my old router back - this is making me ill - who can I get to help?

I'm really sorry to hear that you've got no connection at the moment.

I can see my colleague in our High Level Escalations team has ownership of this for you and they'll be in touch as soon as they know more
