Full Fibre Upgrade Mid Contract?

Hi All, 

 

we have several fibre accounts with plusnet and i just noticed that one of them is in an area that now has FTTP available, we are 6 months into our current contract, can we upgrade or do we need to wait out the full 2 years before we can go to the faster package?

No, you can upgrade now but at the cost of a new contract. Note you lose the phone service in doing so.

 

Give PlusNet Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 to see what's what.
