Fibre drops connection same time each day

My fibre worked perfectly for two months but for the last 10 days stops working between 20.00 - 21.00 for around 2 hrs. Anyone else have this problem? Any idea what it can be?

That sounds strange for a FF connection, @SaintG3 . Any clues in the event log? Do any of the lights on either the Hub or the ONT  change at the time?

Hi, the ONT goes red in the middle light,

Solid or flashing? In either case, this is a problem in the fibre network which you need to refer back to Openreach via Plusnet.

Solid red light. Openreach have come out but it work ok through the day only at night it drops at the times mentioned they can’t find ant faults

Go back to PN and ask them to get OR to check again - they (OR) should be able to check the network logs.
