I'm due a fibre upgrade today and I'm sitting waiting for the engineer. I think he/she's due between 1 and 5pm. Slightly anxious that there's no sign and not a peep or a phon call to say when they're on their way.
Can anyone confirm that they're definitely coming? Any eta?
I have a hospital visit to make at 6pm so I'm realy hoping it's done and dusted by about then.
