Fibre was working perfectly for 6-7 months, then something went wrong a few weeks ago.
Youtube/ITV/Netflix not working on TV, SSL errors on mobile, and ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH on laptop.
I don't have the Safeguard turned on, which seems to have been a fix in the past.
Please help!

Welcome to the community.
Have you noticed if the lights change or flash on the hub or the ONT when you do encounter a problem?
There is some handy troubleshooting information on the Broadband problems and how to fix them page.
If these steps don't help, you can report a problem using the automated bot to test the connection, book an engineer if needed, or receive a call from our tech guides.

Thanks Michael, I spoke to someone on the phone who told me SSL issues are device-related and have nothing to do with the internet provider. I find this hard to accept as it's a very sudden issue and is happening across numerous devices. Not entirely sure where to go from here. The only thing flashing green is Port1.

@trebortomlinson Which router do you have? - although this is probably not relevant. More importantly - what operating system are you using?

I have no proof whatsoever, nor yet any analysis of what is going on, but I've started to see these sort of errors recently, never having seen them before.
The thing that makes me suspicious is that if I switch from WiFi (Plusnet Hub 2) to my mobile provider either on mobile devices or PC hot-spotting to iPhone the errors do not appear.
As a retired IT guy I'm used to investigating and resolving some weird problems. I'm nowhere yet on this but something "smells wrong" and it feels like it's related to the ISP service. But it equally could be something else that has been "tightened up" exposing a previously-ignored mismatch.

Plusnet Hub Two - worked like a dream until recently. Primarily on iOS, but it also occurs on my TV.

It does feel odd that it happened all of a sudden across multiple devices and operating systems.

It's also very sporadic - can visit a website one day without issue, but the next will get SSL issues...
