Cabinet Upgrade

Hi,
Recently moved house to a new development and there is no "fibre" cabinet just one green box (BT Engineer told me normally there is two) where I used to live I was on Fibre
Any idea how long it takes for BT to get round to it (How long is a piece of string?) - Tbh I dunno why they just didn't do it straight away, what with it being a new development - means they have to revisit it now....

Having checked your line our initial check shows that our fibre products are available to you already.  The estimated speed is 28800kbps.  It may be that the nearby cabinet is just a distribution point.  The fibre cabinet containing the remote DSLAM (RDSLAM for short) may be located eslewhere.

Which account did you check - I have two. One is under "stuaz" the other is "stuaz87".
