Broadband speeds keep dropping out at irregular times

Hi,

For the past 5 or 6 weeks our broadband has become unreliable. I have tried all the usual 

Restart router

Change Channel

Plug into router

etc etc

There is no specific times and it just happens at random. All online TV channels go "blocky" and the speeds drop to crazy low levels and we have had many similar .. the 'outages'  can last anything from 10 minutes to 3/4 hour

I have asked my husband to do speed tests as he is the one that works mainly from home using the home broadband 

He is often sat right next to the router.

I have had several periods of time where I've also noticed very slow speeds.

For info I am supposed to be on full fibre 300

Please can someone investigate this for me.

There is no point in doing a speed test now as it will show normal levels but here is a reading we took earlier 

Hopefully someone can help?
