I have just had notification that full fibre is now available for my location and have been offered various speeds and prices.
I am at present on FTTC and the annual price increase is £3pm, why is the annual increase for FF £4pm when I am an existing customer?
I thought the £4pm increase was for new customers signing up.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

The £4 increase is for new contracts
irrespective of whether you're a new or existing customer
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Thanks for your reply, so in that case does that mean when my current contract ends and I start a new contract will the £4 charge apply even if it is still FTTC?
