profile stuck (again)

Hi,
Been running with an attainable rate around 15mbits for some time, so i rebooted the hg, and its been fine for 24hrs. The current line speed is 10.4mbits. can somebody reset it please ..

I wish there was some option in the help assist to ask for a current line speed reset.

Hi there,
The attainable rate in your router is slightly different to the sync, however from looking at your account the profile updated earlier today anyway

Why does the pn profile take ages to reflect the current line rate... I had a re-sync shortly after my last post and when down to under 10mbit, then shortly went back to 14mbits (which its been like it for over a week and no change on the pn side.
Question is why am I constantly seeing profiles staying lower for days than the current line speed .. ?
