Fibre installed yesterday - not sure it needed an engineer, I could of done the house end.
It didn't work first of all, when I rang helpline and it said I was in a 15 minute queue - I factory reset my router and it change the login from tr09@plusnet.com to my plusnet ID - both were saying connected but tr09 did not give me internet access.
Question - the speed has been slowly going up overnight - it started at 40mb and was 62mb this morning
How long before it peaks/stabilises
