It has been about 5 days after having a site visit to be told that what I get is what you see only then to be told that I had never been turned on to the high speed fibre speed although I was paying for it. It was turned on and speed s increased. However now I am getting after using the same tests as the engineer used speed go down load 16.5, 7.69,7.33 anode i amp paying for 70 Mbps. Will some one at Plusnet have the curtesy to put things right.
The testing I've been through isn't showing any issues, however we don't have any BT Speedtest results to reference. Can you run the BT Speedtest here: http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ Make sure you complete the 'further diagnostics' test after the first result.
