Hi there.
I have problem with connecting to game servers (ubisoft) connections are sometimes unstable or unable to connect at all.
Contacted support there and they asked to contact ISP first to troubleshoot problems if any inside my line.
This is what they asked:
We recommend that you contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Request that they perform TraceRoute tests on your network and connections. They may request the remote addresses that you have or simply have you run Uplay while they monitor your line. What we are trying to do here is see where the data packets are dropped. The ISP technical support representative can tell you whether the packets are dropping on your network or if they are dropping on the line outside of your network. Request advice from them in dealing with any issues they may find.
