My new router was activated today and seems to be working - it has a blue light. I can watch Netflix etc on my set top box, which is connected via an ethernet cable. However, my phone won't connect to WiFi, and neither will my PC - I just get directed to the log in page, although I am already logged in, and the settings screen says I am connected.
Can anyone help me, please? I am still working from home, so I need to get online!
