FIBRE SPEED HALVED SINCE ACTIVATION - Help me get an engineer PLEASE!

Hi all,

I've had fibre at my property for 4 years (TalkTalk and Vodafone) both providers provided me with a solid 55-60mbs download and approx 15mbs upload. HOWEVER....since changing to Plusnet 3 weeks back my speed has pretty much halved. Nothing has changed at my end in terms of setup etc. I've done line tests, checked the router sync speed, noise etc. and am frankly quite tired of it. I'm pretty sure Plusnet/Openreach has done something from the Cabinet which is incorrect.

The sad thing is, most of my neighbours (some on Plusnet) are getting 50mbs+ and so it's not an exchange/distance thing. 

I've spoken to an ex Openreach engineer who said it could a poor quality pair/pairing or my IP profile, however this is out of my control. Customer service wait times are 1 hour plus (or wont connect you at all) no online chat and Twitter is useless. Also as I am meet the minimum speed guarantee on the dot! Customer support do nothing.

Can someone please help or tell me how I can get an engineer to visit the cabinet as i'm certain the issue is not at my property.

Super depressed, frustrated as I cannot work from home like this.

Please can anyone help!

Have you raised a fault with Plusnet?

What do BT wholesale suggest as the expected speed for the BT line to your house?
