Hi,
Is anyone available to do a quick line test for me, please? Last week there was some power work being done on some overhead cables by our local power company. Since then my speeds have been pretty bad. The actual connection speed is as expected however the latency is pretty bad

@sdlnet No problem at all.
If you have any concerns regarding your connection speeds, please be aware that you can both troubleshoot these, and raise a fault with our Technical Support Team by going to faults.plus.net.

Thanks @adam945 and yes I am aware. I have lost count of the number of Openreach engineers I have had over the years, to be honest. My speed has always been pretty bad
