Successful Move to EE

I was transferred to EE on Tuesday 2nd June as I wanted to keep my landline number.

Every thing went to plan. I plugged in the new router and it connected straight away.

Later in the day I plugged in my home phone and again it connected and works perfectly.

My Plusnet contract was until October this year.

EE have honoured my contract and am getting the same package at the same price up to when my contract would have ended.

The whole process was handled brilliantly by Plusnet and EE keeping me updated throughout the process.

Re: Successful Move to EE

@robski1 Glad everything went smoothly.

Did you have a call plan with Plusnet, or were you PAYG? Did the EE call plan match your previous Plusnet one exactly?

Are you on a FTTP exchange?

Re: Successful Move to EE

Hi @RadioFox ,

Yes I had a call plan  "anytime international + calls to mobiles" and EE matched it exactly at same price.

I am on Fibre to Cabinet as full fibre not yet available in our village.

Hope this helps.

Re: Successful Move to EE

@robski1 Thanks for the info. Had the email, but still waiting to hear about my transfer date.

I'm currently on FTTC, but I'm on a FTTP priority exchange. I just wondered if anyone else was in the same position as me. I've been told on the phone that I will need a FTTP installation as part of my transfer.
