Hey,
Just moved home and switched from Virgin to plusnet. I've used netgear DDNS service for years for remote desktop access when I'm away to check CCTV, server, etc when I'm out of the house.
Ever since Id moved its not been working at all, just won't connect in. Other remote access is fine just not anything running on netgear DNS service.
I've checked and the IP is being updated as it should.
