thanks for taking a look Anoosh PC is conected by a TP-Link wireless homeplug tbh I wouldnt have ever noticed if I hadnt considered removing talk anytime as speeds dont suggest Im on that package

No problems, thanks for getting back to me. The slight loss of throughput you're seeing could be due to the homeplugs/electricity wiring. Any chance of trying a direct ethernet connection?
Either way, the incorrect speed estimate indicated on your Member Centre isn't affecting your connection.

it was just i didnt want to end up on 40-2 if i did decide to amend my package as 2 upload would be no good to me tbh

If you would like to remove your call plan, this won't make any changes to your broadband product, so long as you choose "Keep This Product" at the broadband package selection stage.
I'd advise ignoring the advised speed estimate as this is clearly incorrect. I hope this helps you.
