Overdue delivery of new fibre router and the change of broadband

Hello, we have changed our unlimited broadband to unlimited fibre on the 19/08/2020 and the activation date was said to be on the 26/08, which already passed by. Our fibre router, which we ordered along with the change as our  current one isn’t compatible (or something along this line) still hasn’t arrived.

When I look into my Plusnet account, it said that there is a error and we can’t change because there is a change in progress. This said change is overdue.

If you could, please tell us when our new fibre router will be delivered and when our broadband will change to fibre. Because the bill is said to be due, tomorrow on the 1st of September and we have already been waiting for a little while, without any updates about this.

The fibre router came in today, however I’m still not sure if the broadband change happened yet.

My Plusnet account looks the same, with the Error. Hopefully, this will soon take place.
