For the attention of Plusnet staff.
I have tried numerous times to contact ur *Award winning* customer services but too be quite Frank I am not prepared to wait 1 hour for u to answer and deal the issue.
Funny that when I call the sales it's only a 15min wait....!!
I have been a fibre & phone customer for over 2 years and on Sat my Internet has lost its connecation.
Everything else works fine and YES I have followed all ur trouble shooting guides.
I need someone to contact me on Wednesday 02nd otherwise I will be cancelling my service and moving to someone how is happy to help.
I wait ur response

A little more info on the router whilst digging about.
Modem says all is good - all lights green. Router is all green except for no light on the internet
Admin page on router says "concentrator not reachable"

From memory, I think that error can result from a stale PPP session that refuses to drop when your router disconnects. In that case Plusnet have to manually force disconnection to destroy the stuck session.
After that has been done restarting the router should allow it to reconnect.
