No Internet! Fed up!

Despite a nightmare 18 months with Plusnet I signed a new contract. Looks like it was a bad move as the internet has been crawling at weekends again and today I'm met with "limited connectivity". I've unplugged and plugged wires back in and reset both routers and no change. Fed up is an understatement.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
