New fibre install - need new router

Hello can anyone help. I had fibre installed Monday but when I olay Xbox one games on my router the nat is strict and people can. It join. I phoned plus net and they said they not able to help because it's a gaming issue.
I was going to try new router because I hear the one planet supply is not very good.
Would this router work from maplin

Re: New fibre install - need new router

it should do, what it means by cable is that it doesn't have an inbuilt modem so wouldn't be suitable for ADSL.
there are probably other choices out there.

Re: New fibre install - need new router

There's some discussion about suitable routers for fibre over here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,133737.msg1169161.html
Hopefully you'll find one suited to your needs.
