New connection, light was blue now orange

Hey guys. Problem is pretty much what the title says. Connection was blue and said connected but no devices could connect. I put my actual username in and now just an orange light.

The engineer said it would only be 10 minutes from installation, been a few hours now. I tried changing my password on this site but no luck.

Any help appreciated! Maybe it's not been activated properly?

Changing your password on this site won't make a difference, its the password in the member centre you would need to change.

That said, it sounds like your account has not yet been set up - they normally say it can be any time up to midnight - though is usually sooner.

Ah, beaten to it - should be working now if you get the right password.

one last thing, if the speedtest is saying 21mbps, will that get close to my guaranteed speed of 67 over time?
