Move from BT to Plusnet - no internet

I am moving from BT Infinity to PlusNet
Last night my phone and internet was turned off and my phone was swapped over...
I currently have no internet...
My text from a few weeks back said will be done before midnight 29th Jan..
Does this mean I will be without internet until then?
How will I know when its done?

reboot your router/ modem/ hub
or call  0800 432 0200 fro tech support

I haven't done that yet as I am at work but this morning internet was down....
I thought I would get a message to say internet is up...

"Up to 29th midnight" - if I haven't received a message does that mean I could be without internet for up to 2days?
