In praise of both Plusnet & BTOR.

My phone & internet went down about 15.30 on Friday, 30 Sep. I used my neighbour's connection to contact PN support via chat. My fault was identified & logged at 17.10. I also received a couple of text message updates over the weekend.

Liam, the OR engineer, contacted me first thing on Monday 3 Oct. to tell me that he had the fault & would be in touch later. He called me at 11.15 from my cab & by 11.30 the fault, a faulty port in the cab., was fixed. DLM reset carried out & my phone & internet are now fully serviceable. My speeds are better than ever & my latency down to 14 ms.

Great service all round, I'm absolutely delighted! Thank you all very much.SmileyThumbs_Up

Yes it is nice when PN/BT actually get it right for a change , Unfortunately not the norm around here of late
