I had my Plusnet fibre broadband installed on the 7th of December.
I would like to add the static IP but when I login into my account I see a message "
An error has occurred
You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
which prevents me by adding adds on.
Can anyone advise please?
