Getting broadband speeds on fibre package

Hi Plusnet, I wondered if you can help?
I rarely (as far as I've checked) receive anywhere near my quoted fibre download speeds and wondered if they can be improved at all? Speeds this weekend seem to be down to 9Mbps and I don't tend to get much higher than that, possibly high teens.
I currently have the supplied BT fibre modem going into a TP-Link AC1200 router. My original Plusnet router offered very poor signal to my office upstairs so I upgraded but speeds were similar when that was installed.
I have attached a number of tests that I have run today but please let me know if you need any more information and I'll try to help.
