Re: Fibre upgrade due today

While you wait for a member of staff to confirm, you can do a quick check for yourself to see if the order has a completion date of today.

Have a look at the BT Wholesale checker site at https://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/adslchecker.welcome

Enter your phone number and look in the text below the results table.

It will say if there is an open order on your line and more importantly the date it is due to be completed.

All orders may complete anytime up to midnight of the expected go live date.

Re: Fibre upgrade due today

That tells me the completion date is 15/11/2018 - ie tomorrow.

Re: Fibre upgrade due today

Unfortunately for a communications company, they are abysmal at communicating to the customers.

Been here for 9 years and it gets worse each year.

Re: Fibre upgrade due today

Apologies for the lack of communication on your order. I'll pass feedback on regard this.

Your order is still showing as committed for today, so hopefully you're not waiting much longer now.
