Fibre disconnecting

Hi,

Noticed that my fibre keeps disconnecting, it reconnects fine on it own and works quite happily for a while but will disconnect again. I only noticed this regularly yesterday (about 15:00 to 18:00). Over about 90 mins it may have disconnected about 4 times. Could you check the line logs to see if anything is wrong with the line?

Thanks

Simon

Re: Fibre disconnecting

Actually, it occurred at 18:14 and then happened about 10 - 30 mins latter a couple more times

Re: Fibre disconnecting

I've been having a similar problem with it intermittently dropping connection and the router light going orange. it's happened a couple of times a week since we moved to plusnet but recently its got worse, we've lost connection 3 times in the last hour and a half. I've tried plugging the router into the test socket and unplugging everything else on the line but we're still having issues.

Re: Fibre disconnecting

Hi,

I'm plugged into the master socket (we only have one) I'm using the filters that came with the router and the dial tone is fine.

Thanks
