Hello - my download speed has been very slow recently, making the usual work from home tasks very difficult.

Can someone have a check of my line service please?

Could you please complete Own Domain Checks mentioned in this ticket if not already and answer to this ticket so one of our fault agents will be able to arrange engineer visit to get this matter resolved for you?
