Fibre broadband still not active

I was meant to go live on the 28th September but it has not activated but my services with sky have stopped. I have been lied to by advisors Refused to let me speak to a manager and constantly being told different stories unless my broadband is activated urgently and this matter is resolved I'm going to Ofcom and the Communication Ombudsman regarding my treatment as a customer.

Before you go to the Regulator  you will need to give Plusnet the opportunity to resolve your complaint, the Regulator won't intervene until you have reached a Deadlock with your supplier, regardless of who that is.

  

If you haven't already spoken to Plusnet you need to do so to give them the opportunity to fix the issue.
