Our latest line test is showing you as currently syncing at 64mbps - is this indicative of what you're actually seeing performance wise?

Thank you for your reply. I am currently synching at 62Mb, which is below what I would expect, considering when I re-negotiated a new 12 month contract last month I was quoted the following:

 

SPEED
Your download speed range is 72 to 80 megabits per second.

 

 

I will keep monitoring my line, but would be pleased if I could get to at least the lower end of my quoted range.
