And plusnet just killed their own DNS servers...

Re: DNS/Routing issues for the last 36 hours

Is there any timescale to when this will be fixed? As others have said its been a about a week and today is the first time plusnet have sort of acknowledged there's an issue.

Re: DNS/Routing issues for the last 36 hours

When I got off the phone with them.

Nothing

As it's only affecting people have just moved to the new network which I'm not part off...

Pings are now 1000ms and my 4G is faster

Ping's have never been high for me during these issues, i think you might have a different problem, others on the last few pages have said static ip's have fixed the issues for them.

Re: DNS/Routing issues for the last 36 hours

on static IP and pings are all over the place - massive lag spikes in games - seriously considering looking for somewhere else to go. Been out of contract a while now so no penalty to leave lucky me.

Re: DNS/Routing issues for the last 36 hours

cant load any pages tonight. PS4 is completely dead in terms of going online. Using my phone as a hot spot.

Is 209.xx part of the new IP range because it doesn't sound like it should be but my service since the 8th has been dire.

Re: DNS/Routing issues for the last 36 hours

YOUVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM FOR OVER TWO YEARS!! You're nowhere near fixing the issue , as a result I'll be leaving. Thanks for nothing, we have been with you for a long time yet you see ZERO VALUE in your customers . You just want the new deals and sack your existing clients off, it's an absolute joke. I've had 3 hours of calls to Xbox , to you, to TP link and you still seem to ignore this as a major issue!
