DLM Reset

Hi. I’ve experienced a few power cuts recently and I’ve noticed I’ve lost ~10Mbps on my download speeds as a result. I used to get ~80Mbps line sync with a router throughout of ~70-75Mbps. Whereas now I’m getting ~60-65Mbps.

All line stats look fine, SNR, Attenuation, etc.

Is it possible to reset my DLM please?

Welcome to our Community Forum. I've run some checks on your line which do show that the download sync speed has reduced somewhat over the last few days, following a few days of regular drop outs. We can't see retrospective changes in the DLM profile, though I can confirm that the current profile is fine - Downstream: 0.128M-80M4dB with Retransmission (High). Upstream: 0.128M-20M with no error protection.

download sync speed is looking good at the moment - 71.7 Mbps, above your estimated download speeds of 44 - 63Mbps.
