Every second when downloading Battlefield 1 the router reports back blocking packets, I am also supposed to get 4mb/s but getting around 1.5mb/s instead, could that be the issue?

Hi @2Characters,
I'm sorry to hear that your router is reporting blocked packets when you are trying to download Battlefield.
I've tested your line but the test hasn't picked up any problems from here and indicates that your line is currently syncing at 35mbps, which is within the estimates:

Is the device that you're trying to download this game on connected via WiFi or is it on a wired connection? Do you experience connection problems on any other devices?

I use a powerline adapter so wired connection, but this happened a week or two ago where it said I was getting the normal speeds but not actually getting it however after a few days it returns to normal. My guess is because my connection kept dropping out today and yesterday the line is limiting the speeds for some time so I'll see what happens.

Ok @2Characters, thanks for confirming.
If the issue keeps occurring I'd advise connection the device directly to the router with an Ethernet cable just to rule out the Powerline Adapters causing an issue.
Might also be worth connecting the router to the test socket.
