Thanks for the new results....the phone line now works for phone calls and as far as I can tell the internet side of things seems to be ok as well.......but the info on the table you have supplied is showing the following errors that were not there last week:

 

Test Outcome: Fail. ---- Impairment in copper joint detected most likely in local network. Please continue to submit a trouble report

Radio Frequency Ingress: Detected

Crosstalk: Detected

 

How come the line length is way different in the two results?....372.9m then 538.7m

 

Although the sync figures don't look like an error and speed test I do seem to be fine.....I would like the line to be double checked if faults are showing.

 

Edit: Does any of your systems show if I have G.INP enabled on my line?
