My Hub One arrived at 11am on the morning of switch to fibre which, fortunately, was scheduled for pm. Had not been dispatched until previous day according to Plusnet email Roll_eyes
Fortunately both Royal Mail and Openreach did their jobs properly so there wasn't a disaster  Smiley

There in lies the problem, when these orders fail you are not proactive about fixing it, you only even realise the orders have failed when the customer contacts you to find out whats going on, when one of these orders fails for whatever reason your system should pick it up and notify someone immediately to get it corrected.
