Hi, I signed up for the Unlimited Fibre broadband contract on 25th Feb 2021. Luckily, the phone line was activated the next day. But I've been told that the WIFI won't be activated until Midnight on the 11th. This seems like a particularly long wait for the WIFI to be activated, when the phone line is already sorted and given that we are working from home - is this something that can be activated quicker? Thanks for the help!

The restart of the phone line is all done remotely and can usually be completed within 24 hours. To activate Fibre broadband requires an Openreach engineer to do work in the local cabinet. There's generally a seven working day minimum timescale for this, once the phone line is activated. It can be longer than this depending on availability of Openreach engineers in the area.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Is this Openreach engineering work applicable even if you already have an Openreach connection installed in your home?

Yes - the connection is in the Fibre cabinet.
