Broadband down for 12 hours now
The light on the router is orange and the “b” light is red. I’m trying to connect on the phone to Plusnet advisor but it says due to high volume of calls they can’t take my call right now!!! Appalling! What should I do?
Could someone test my line to see what is wrong and fix it?

PN support do seem to be struggling since COVID-19 arrived...
You can follow the troubleshooting process at:
The troubleshooter will raise a fault with PN if the issue cannot be resolved.
At least you will have initiated the fault process without being stuck on the phone.
I suspect you will have to proactivley chase PN after the fault is raised.
