After a thunderstorm

Hello, I'm having difficulty contacting you though phone, chat or twitter, hope you can help:

Last week during the thunderstorms, my Billion 8800NL R2 router died overnight but I think it kept trying the line which has resulted in me either being heavily DLM'd or dropped to standard ADSL. My line speed is about 4Mb/s now, where it was over 13Mb/s before the storm.

I am now running an identical new router with no (phones or equipment on the line). As you can see from the attached, I have a good line with the potential for a much higher data rate.

Could I request that you kindly reset my DLM profile?

Many thanks

Duncan

Re: After a thunderstorm

Hi Strat, thanks for reading though my issue there Smiley Apologies for my being unclear but it is a copper ADSL2+ 'Exchange only' line I have, not fibre.

Cheers

Duncan
