ADSL to Fibre Plus today....

My date for upgrading is today, I received my new router/hub a few days ago, how will I know when the service has swapped over and when to install the new router?

You can use the Hub One on both ADSL / VDSL so you should be able to pl;ug it in straight away and it should swtich automatically when your service does.

Ok, hub install went smooth and am up and running (on ADSL) with this. Will I get an email to say it's changed over to fibre plus or just keep checking on a speed checker etc?

You should get notification from PN when the switch is completed, but you can also check in the routers web interface (http://192.168.1.254) so see how it's connected.
Your connection will drop for a time so you may well notice that.
