I've been without a connection on my fibre broadband for over 9 days now. Every time I contact support or customer services I just get told 'its being looked into'. I only signed up to Plusnet recently and really regret it. their Customer service is awful. No one seems to take any responsibility for issues, its just passed around with no-one doing anything. I'm starting to wonder if the best option is to cancel and move to another provider even if it costs a lot in penalties. .
