Re: trying to install smf

Ok had a reply to my ticket from the tech guys, they have updated my DNS settings again and they now look like this.
Left field    Type          PRI    Right field
MX    20mx.last.plus.net.
wwwcname ccgi.username.plus.com.

Lets hope this works.

Re: trying to install smf

Looking at that record it will do exactly the same as ccgi.plus.net.

I type in www.domain.co.uk/forum, it takes me to my forum, then any page i goto after that its http://ccgi.username.plus.com/forum

The reason for this could be the way you actually set up the forum initially. Normally when you go through a setup it asks you the URL of the forum, if you typed in ccgi.username.plus.com then this would explain it, this is likely to be the case too as you set the forum up before we pointed your domain at it.

Re: trying to install smf

I've just double checked on mine and I also had it set up that way.
Log in to the admin panel, then from the menu choose Server Settings, browse down to the Forum URL and alter this to www.domain.co.uk/forum
