Followed the information from the static IP page to the help assistant to request rDNS changes, but that seems to be a dead end now.
It would be good if Plusnet, updated that page or provide an actual link to open a ticket.

The only way to get this done now is as I said - post a request on here and wait for a staffer to pick it up.
I agree it would help if they updated the page, though.
