I need to change my rDNS.
I have spoken to 2 guys from "tech" support, first one didn't know what it is and hang up,
Second knew what it is, but didn't find out how to change it...
Why cannot I create ticket/request from member's area?
Can someone PM me as I don't want to list my domain and IP on public forum.

I'm really sorry to see you're having issues with this.
If you can reply to the ticket I've created Here with what you'd want the rDNS record to be, I'll raise it for you.
The record can either be in the format of IP.plus.com, username.plus.com, or your domain. For the latter you'll need to set up the forward A record first before we're able to change the rDNS.
