permission denied after logging on to cgi

Hi, after logging on to cshell.plus.net via ssh using the following command:

ssh richardwilko@cshell.plus.net

I get the following error:

Last login: Fri Aug 31 21:16:51 2007 from richardwilko.plus.com
Could not chdir to home directory /files/home1/richardwilko: Permission denied
-bash: /files/home1/richardwilko/.bash_profile: Permission denied

Can anyone help/shed any light on the situation.
I'm using Linux if that matters.

You need to raise a ticket as it looks like the permissions on your home directory has changed making in inaccessible to you.
