Looks like the Internet Watch Foundation have that site down as on a server that provides illegal images of children. So access is prevented.
However just tried your link myself - CoD login page displayed OK. Did you get past that?

I'm getting the same error on my own forum site
This only started yesterday, and I get it for all pages on that site. BUT, I only get this error on Firefox. The forum works fine on Safari and Chrome. I have gone back to Firefox 4, deleted the cache, rebooted the machine and still I get this. We run the forum at a PG-13 level, so there should definitely be none of the types of image the IWF should be concerned about. My computer is running Mac OS X 10.6.8.

On a server means your site appears to be on a shared server with an IP address that IWF blocks for the reason stated in the quote.

But.... I can browse the forum with Chrome (but not post) and now can both browse AND post with Safari. Also, the forum is hosted at forumotion.net which I have no trouble accessing and i can also browse other forums they host.
