I'm just checking in to see if you’re still experiencing issues with uploading to your webspace. Has the permissions problem been resolved, or is it still ongoing?

We've had a response back and our support team have confirmed that the domain has migrated to Greenby. If you contact them directly, they'll be able to support it going forward.

Hi.
I had a look at Greeby and my Plus Net login credentails are not recognised by them.
I tried the I don't know my login ID option and it refers me back to plusNet customer services, which is not much help.
The idea of these people adminning my email as well is frankly terrifying.
I can see myself heading off to Sky as PN won't actually be doing anything nobody else can do.

Does this mean that Plusnet are now not fielding initial migration issues ... if nothing else, to ensure that there are not 'teething issues' in this space?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi @Townman
We're still interested in helping users with teething issues, if there's something we can do to help. And, as far as I'm aware, some senior members of staff have a direct line into Greenby.
The advice from our support team for this specific issue is for the user to contact Greenby directly, though.
